Center Theatre Group celebrated the opening of the West Coast premiere of Seminar, by Theresa Rebeck, on Wednesday, October 17. Sam Gold directs the play, which performs at the Ahmanson Theatre through November 18.
In Seminar, four aspiring young writers take a private tutorial with international literary figure Leonard. The cast includes Aya Cash, Jennifer Ikeda, Jeff Goldblum, Greg Keller, and Lucas Near-Verbrugghe.
Among the first nighters were actors Leah Bateman, Megan Boone, Reatha Grey, Arye Gross, Jeanie Hackett, Andre Holland, Bill A. Jones, James Kyson, Hamish Linklater, Jerry O’Connell, Vik Sahay, Michael Urie, Terri White, Charlayne Woodard, and Daniel Zacapa.
