Brian Conley will star in Malcolm Spencer's theatrical concert Brother Love's Travelling Salvation Show, which will begin a U.K. tour at Cheltenham Racecourse, running April 8-10. Craig Revel Horwood will direct and choreograph the production, which will have sets and costumes by Matthew Wright.

Other engagements include Leeds Castle, Maidstone, Kent (April 12-17), Beaulieu, Hampshire (April 19-24), Woburn Abbey, Bedfordshire (April 26-30), Rockingham Castle, nr Corby, Leicester (May 3-8), Goodwood Racecourse, West Sussex (May 10-15), and Royal Sandringham Estate, King's Lynn (May 17-22).

The show, a celebration of Neil Diamond's work, will be performed in a specially created big top-style venue, and centers on a zealous preacher (Conley) who's on a 'Mission of Love' tour that's inspired by his exuberant belief that the 'Power of Neil' can conquer all.

The piece will feature such hits as "Sweet Caroline," "Cracklin' Rose," "Girl, You'll Be A Woman Soon," "Love on the Rocks," and "I am... I said," among others. The company will also include Darren Day and Ben James-Ellis.

Conley recently was seen in the West End production of Hairspray. Among his other stage credits are his live variety show The Best of Brian Conley, as well as Jolson, The Music Man, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, and Me and My Girl.
