Rick Bayless in Cascabel: Dinner – Daring – Desire to Play Lookingglass Theatre in March

Rick Bayless in Cascabel: Dinner – Daring – Desire will play a limited engagement at the Lookingglass Theatre, March 23 – April 22. The piece has been created by Bayless, along with Heidi Stillman and Tony Hernandez, who will join Bayless in the performance.

The show – which blends the theatrical with the culinary – unfolds in a boarding house at the end of a dusty road in 1940s Mexico, where the house chef is in love with a woman with no appetite and he attempting to find a way to her heart through cuisine. Featured performer Bayless is perhaps most known for the restaurant Frontera Grill.
