Tatiana Maslany will follow up her New York stage debut in Mary Page Marlowe by making her Broadway debut as Diana Christensen in the National Theatre production of Network, joining Bryan Cranston. Additional casting will be announced shortly.

In addition, Network will open at the Belasco Theatre instead of the previously announced Cort Theatre. All Cort Theatre ticket holders will be notified via email or telephone regarding the method of exchange to the Belasco Theatre. All previous transactions will remain intact and customers will have comparable, if not identical, locations at the Belasco. The limited 18-week engagement will begin on Saturday, November 10, with opening night set for Thursday, December 6.

Based on the 1976 Paddy Chayefsky film and adapted for the stage by Lee Hall, the production ran at London's National Theatre November 2017-March 2018 with direction by Ivo van Hove. Cranston, who earned a 2014 Tony Award for his portrayal of President Lyndon Baines Johnson in All the Way, earned an Olivier Award for his performance as news anchor Howard Beale.

Network is described as follows: "Howard Beale, news anchorman, isn't pulling in the viewers. In his final broadcast he unravels live on screen. But when the ratings soar, the network seize on their newfound populist prophet, and Howard becomes the biggest thing on TV. Network depicts a dystopian media landscape where opinion trumps fact."

The production will have scenic and lighting design by Jan Versweyveld, costume design by An D'Huys, video design by Tal Yarden, and music and sound by Eric Sleichim.
