Richard Fleeshman and Caissie Levy will once again star in Ghost The Musical when it plays Broadway’s Lunt-Fontanne Theatre. Matthew Warchus will direct the production, which will begin previews on March 15, 2012 with an opening night set for April 23.

Fleeshman and Levy originated their roles of Sam Wheat and Molly Jensen in both the West End and world premier Manchester productions of the show. The cast will also feature Bryce Pinkham as Carl Bruner and newcomer Da’Vine Joy Randolph as Oda Mae Brown. Additional casting will be announced at a later date.

With music and lyrics by Dave Stewart and Glen Ballard, and a book by Bruce Joel Rubin, the show tells the story of a man who is trapped as a ghost between this world and the next and who is trying to communicate with his girlfriend through a phony psychic in the hope of saving her from his murderer. The score includes the iconic song “Unchained Melody,” famously performed in the film by The Righteous Brothers.

The production will be choreographed by Ashley Wallen. Set and costume designs are by Rob Howell, with musical supervision and arrangements by Christopher Nightingale, illusions by Paul Kieve, lighting design by Hugh Vanstone, sound design by Bobby Aitken, and projection design by Jon Driscoll.
