Hella Fresh Theater to Present John Rosenberg’s Cheap Guy Hall of Fame, Class of 2010

Hella Fresh Theatre will present writer/director John Rosenberg’s Cheap Guy Hall of Fame, Class of 2010, to be presented at the Papermill Theater, September 3-18. The production is being presented as part of the Philly Fringe Festival.

This collection of short plays includes stories of an American soldier hunting down Pablo Picasso in 1944 Paris; a young man and woman punching each other in the heart on Christmas Day 2001 in New York; a gay security contractor and a military policewoman celebrating July 4th in Baghdad over a case of non-alcoholic beer; and a woman confronting her boyfriend in a penitentiary conjugal visit trailer.

The cast will include Alaina Nelson, Scott Sitman, Ruby Goldin, Roland Prather, Julie Chapin, Matt Nicholas, Jerry Carrier, Hannah Gavagan, and Glenn Pringle.

The Papermill is a new five-story warehouse community space in Kensington, featuring artist workspace, an art gallery, community library and 50 seat theater.
