Bristol Riverside Theatre to Present Steppin’ Out Live with Ben Vereen

Bristol Riverside Theatre is set to present Tony Award winner Ben Vereen in his one-man show Steppin’ Out Live with Ben Vereen, April 20-22.

Steppin’ Out Live with Ben Vereen is a tribute to Broadway, Frank Sinatra, and Sammy Davis, Jr., featuring songs like “Defying Gravity,” “My Way,” and “Mr. Bojangles.” At each performance Vereen entertains with song, dance, and stories of his life.

Known for his Tony Award-winning performance in Pippin, Vareen has also performed roles in Broadway’s Wicked, Chicago, Fosse, and Jelly’s Last Jam. On television, he has played Chicken George in Roots, and had recent appearances on How I Met Your Mother and Grey’s Anatomy.
