TACT/The Actors Company Theatre has added six performances to its revival of Sidney Howard's The Late Christopher Bean, and the production will now conclude its run at the Beckett Theatre on December 12. Jenn Thompson directs.

Based on Prenez Garde a la Peinture by Rene Fauchois, the comedy focuses on what happens when a celebrated painter's early works are traced to the humble home of a country doctor. The company features Bob Ari, Mary Bacon, Hunter Canning, Jessiee Datino, Cynthia Darlow, Greg McFadden, Kate Middleton, James Murtraugh, and James Prendergast.

The creative team includes Charlie Corcoran (scenic design), Martha Hally (costume design), Ben Stanton (lighting design), Stephen Kunken (sound design), and Mark Berman (original music).
