Stephen Daldry’s Extremely Loud And Incredibly Close Set for Berlin International Film Festival

Stephen Daldry’s new film Extremely Loud And Incredibly Close, is among the newly announced films to be seen in the 62nd Berlin International Film Festival, according to Deadline.com.

This international premiere will star Tom Hanks, Sandra Bullock, Max von Sydow, and Thomas Horn. As previously reported, the movie is based on Jonathan Safran Foer’s novel of the same name, about a nine-year-old looking for the lock that matches a mysterious key that belonged to his father, who was killed in the September 11 attacks.

Among the other films to be screened at the festival is Keyhole, by Guy Maddin, and featuring stage veterans Jason Patric and Isabella Rossellini, and Captive, starring Isabelle Huppert.
