St. Ann’s Warehouse Signs Lease on New Home

St. Ann’s Warehouse has signed a three-year lease with Forman Realty Management, LLC for a warehouse space at 29 Jay Street (at the corner of Plymouth Street) in the DUMBO neighborhood. The theater plans to begin programming in the new space in Fall 2012.
St. Ann’s is currently located at 38 Water Street, where it will remain through the end of its current season in May.
The 29 Jay Street space is 19,000 square feet, with 33′-high ceilings, and will allow for the open, flexible, column-free space that can be artistically reconfigured, which St. Ann’s has enjoyed in its current home.
