Michael Feinstein’s newest CD, The Sinatra Project, Volume II: The Good Life will be released online and in stores on October 25 by Concord Records. Bill Elliott has produced the recording.

The twelve track album, inspired by Sinatra’s work as well as his associates, features such familiar songs as “Luck Be a Lady” and “The Lady Is a Tramp,” as well as rarities, such as “C’est Comme Ça,” co-written by Dule Ellington and Marshall Barer for the 1966 Broadway flop Pousse Café (a musical adaptation of the 1930 Joseph von Sternberg film The Blue Angel, starring Marlene Dietrich).

Feinstein’s many other recordings include the Grammy Award-nominated first volume of The Sinatra Project from 2008, as well as the more recent We Dreamed These Days, recorded with the Carmel Symphony Orchestra, Cheek to Cheek, a live recording of a concert with Barbara Cook, and The Power of Two, which preserves a show created with Cheyenne Jackson.
