Jackie Hoffman, Seth Rudetsky to Star in Don’t Cry for Me, Ahasuerus

Jackie Hoffman and Seth Rudetsky will star in Don’t Cry for Me, Ahasuerus, a Broadway-cabaret Purim shpiel to be presented at 92YTribeca on Wednesday, March 7 at 7:30pm. Michael Schiralli will direct, with music direction by Bobby Peaco.

Hoffman will play Esther, the beautiful Jewish girl who becomes queen, with Rudetsky as Haman, the Jew-hating royal adviser. The performance is written by and will feature Rachel Shukert. The cast will also include Dan Fishback and Billy Zavelson.
