Two-time Tony nominee Eve Best will join the NBC sitcom Up All Night, according to TVGuide.com. She will play the recurring character of corporate mogul Yvonne Encanto.

Best received Tony nominations for her work in The Homecoming and Moon for the Misbegotten. She won the Olivier for her performance in the title role of Hedda Gabler, and as previously reported, she will be starring in the title role of the Jacobean tragedy, The Duchess of Malfi, at the Old Vic, in March.

Up All Night stars Christina Applegate as a new mom trying to juggle the demands of her baby and her job on a talk show. The series also stars Will Arnett and Maya Rudolph, with theater veterans Blythe Danner, Megan Mullally, Steven Pasquale, and Molly Shannon in other recurring roles.
