Antonio Banderas, Rebecca Caine, Anna Sofie von Otter, et al. Featured on Children First Benefit CD

Antonio Banderas, Anne Sofie von Otter, Rebecca Caine, and Barbara Hendricks, along with the Sylvia Young Theater School Children’s Choir, will be featured on UNICEF’s new Children First CD, to be released on January 11 by Naxos. A portion of the proceeds from the recording will help support UNICEF’s ongoing work to provide services in disaster ravaged countries and petitions for children’s rights.

Included on the album will be the title track, delivered by Banderas and von Otter, along with “All of These Things You Are to Me” and “Heaven’s Lullaby.” The songs feature lyrics by Amy Powers, Lisa Freeman and Richard Rudolph and music by Danish composer Carsten Mørch.
