Meryl Streep Makes a First Appearance as the Witch in Into the Woods

Filming of Disney's adaptation of Stephen Sondheim's Tony-winning musical Into the Woods is well underway, and the photos are beginning to come in. Meryl Streep is seen here in an eerily captivating portrayal of The Witch, wickedly enchanting right down to her creepy fingertips. Will she get back her youth? And what will she look like if she does? You'll have to wait and see. The film is scheduled for release December 25, 2014, and will also star Johnny Depp as The Wolf and Chris Pine as Cinderella’s Prince.
