Brooks Ashmanskas, Stephanie J. Block, Rosie Perez, Martha Plimpton, Chita Rivera, and Marian Seldes will participate in Gimme a Break!, a gala benefit for Transport Group Theatre Company at the Asia Society and Museum on Monday, December 7 at 6:30pm.

[title of show] creators Hunter Bell and Jeff Bowen will host the event, which will honor playwright Terrence McNally and director Joe Mantello. The awards will be presented by actor John Glover and playwright Jon Robin Baitz.

The evening will feature Broadway's top performers telling the stories and singing the songs that made them famous. It will also include cocktails, hors d'oevres, and a silent auction.
