Laurie Anderson to Headline January 21 BAM Concert

Award-winning performance artist Laurie Anderson will headline and curate Laurie & Friends: A Concert to Launch the BAM Next Stage Campaign, to take place at 8pm on Wednesday, January 21 at BAM’s Howard Gilman Opera House.

The one-night event will also feature performances by Brightblack Morning Light, James Hall Worship & Priase, Poor Baby Bree, and a new dance piece choreographed by Sarah Michelson. Additional performers will be announced at a later date.

Anderson’s works include O Superman, Life on a String, Songs and Stories From Moby Dick, The End of the Moon, and Homeland.
