Barbara Cook to Join Jonathan Tunick for November 24 Birdland Show

Tony Award winner Barbara Cook will join famed orchestrator Jonathan Tunick at his show at Broadway at Birdland at 7pm on Monday, November 24. The Broadway Moonlighters will also perform.

Tunick has worked on dozens of shows and movies, including A Chorus Line, Sweeney Todd, Into the Woods, and The Birdcage, and has won the Tony, Emmy, Grammy, and Academy Awards.

Cook received the Tony Award for her work in The Music Man. Her many other Broadway credits include Flahooley, Plain and Fancy, Carousel, The Gay Life, and She Loves Me. Her newest recording, Rainbow 'Round My Shoulder, is being released this week on DRG Records.
