VIDEO FLASH: Swan Lake Star Richard Winsor Makes His Transformation

New York City Center has released a video showing Richard Winsor, who dances the role of the Swan in Matthew Bourne’s Swan Lake, transforming into his avian character. The production runs at City Center through November 7.

Directed and choreographed by Bourne, the production features set and costume designs by Lez Brotherston and lighting design by Rick Fisher. The original Broadway production won three Tony Awards.


Winsor alternates in the role of The Swan/The Stranger with Jonathan Ollivier.
