Rob Campbell, Merritt Janson, Lisa Joyce, and House for Sale Cast Meet the Press

The cast of Transport Group’s upcoming world premiere production of Jonathan Franzen’s House for Sale met the press Monday, September 10 at the New 42nd Street Studios. The production, adapted and directed by Daniel Fish, runs October 21-November 18 at The Duke on 42nd Street.

In House for Sale, Franzen travels to his childhood home in Missouri to sell the family house following his mother’s death. Feeling a burden to sell the property for a price his exacting mother would accept, Franzen purges the home of personal artifacts, unearths hidden mini-treasures, and selects a realtor.

The cast features Rob Campbell, Merritt Janson, Lisa Joyce, Christina Rouner, and Michael Rudko.

The creative team includes Katya Stanislavskaya (musical director), Laura Jellinek (set design), Therese Wadden (costume design), Thomas Dunn (lighting design), Daniel Kluger (sound design), and Andrew Lazarow (projection design). Polly Pen has written an original score for the production.
