Complete casting has been announced for Matthew Martin and Tim Realbuto’s Ghostlight, which will be presented as part of the New York Musical Theatre Festival. Martin and Realbuto will serve as co-directors for the production.

Ghostlight tells the true story of Olive Thomas, a small-town girl who rises to headline alongside Fanny Brice in the Ziegfeld Follies. Seduced by the decadent world of the theater, Olive stumbles into a secret affair, an unfulfilling Hollywood marriage, and a downward spiral into drugs and alcohol.

In addition to the previously announced Rachael Fogle (Olive), Matt Leisy (Jack Pickford) Kimberly Faye Greenberg (Fanny Brice), and Daisy Eagan (Molly Cook), the company will feature Michael Hayden (Florenz Ziegfeld, Jr.) and Rachel York (Billie Burke), along with Lindsay Clayton, Mark Donaldson, Kristen Gehling, Jeff Kuhr, Mark Mozingo, Abbey O’Brien, Rose Ouellette, Gregory Pember, Brendt Reil, Jessica Wockenfuss, and Nicholas Yenson.

The production will feature choreography by Michael Kidney, musical direction by Matt Aument, and scenic and lighting design by David Goldstein.
