Merrily, which had a short-lived Broadway production in 1981 and which has undergone major revisions since, is based on the play of the same name by George S. Kaufman and Moss Hart. Told in backwards chronological order, the show traces the relationship of a wealthy and jaded musical theater composer and his two childhood friends.
The cast will feature Will Gartshore as Franklin Shepard, Erik Liberman as Charlie Kringas, Tracy Lynn Olivera as Mary Flynn, Tory Russ as Gussie Carnegie, Chris Bloch as Joe Josephson, Bayla Whitten as Beth, and Michael Banigan as Frank, Jr. The ensemble features Kate Arnold, Mark Chandler, Matt Conner, Adam Cooley, Rebecca Cznadel, Jenna Edison, James Gardiner, and Emily Levey. The creative team includes Joe Kalbfleisch (music direction), Karma Camp (choreography), Jim Krozner (sets), Robert Perdziola (costumes), and Chris Lee (lighting).
