Lisa Kron, Estelle Parsons, and James Urbaniak will be among the performers at The Secret Lives of Ps, a benefit for the playwriting collective 13P, to be held at 7pm on Sunday, April 29 at 7:30pm.

The benefit, to be directed by Peter DuBois, will be hosted by playwright Douglas Carter Beane. It will celebrate the secret lives of playwrights and their inspirations. Other participants will include Sheila Callaghan, David Grimm, Addie Johnson, and Rebecca Hart.

Formed in 2003 by 13 mid-career playwrights, 13P has already produced Anne Washburn’s The Internationalist (later seen at the Vineyard), Winter Miller’s The Penetration Play, and Rob Handel’s Aphrodisiac, among other works. Next season, the group will present plays by Callaghan and Ann Marie Healy.

Tickets to the benefit are $100, including a post-show reception. For tickets and information, call 212-967-7555 or visit www.13p.org.
