Dominic Cooper will co-star alongside Ophelia Lovibond and Dan Stevens in Summer in February, according to a report on Deadline.com. Christopher Menaul will direct the film.

Jonathan Smith is adapting the screenplay from his own novel, about a love triangle set at an Edwardian artists’ colony on the coast of England in the early 20th century.

Cooper starred in The History Boys on Broadway, the West End, and in the film version. He starred opposite Helen Mirren in London’s National Theater production of Jean Racine’s Phedre, and also played the role of Sky in the film adaptation of Mamma Mia! Among his additional film credits are The Devil’s Double and Captain America: The First Avenger.
