PHOTO FLASH: Sarah Brightman and Andrew Lloyd Webber Attend Closing Performance of Phantom of the Opera Tour

Composer Andrew Lloyd Webber and original star Sarah Brightman attended the final performance of the long-running national tour of The Phantom of the Opera, at Los Angeles’ Pantages Theater on October 31.

Based on the classic novel Le Fantôme de L’Opéra by Gaston Leroux, the show features music by Andrew Lloyd Webber, lyrics by Charles Hart (with additional lyrics by Richard Stilgoe), and book by Richard Stilgoe and Andrew Lloyd Webber.

The closing night cast featured Tim Martin Gleason as the Phantom, Trista Moldovan as Christine, and Sean MacLaughlin as Raoul.

Among the attendees at the closing night festivities were composer Richard Sherman and wife Elizabeth, and music director David Caddick.
