Frenchie Davis will serve as Mistress of Ceremonies for New York’s Finest: The Leading Men of Broadway, to be held at the John Anson Ford Amphitheatre on Friday, September 16 at 8:30pm. Sam Harris will direct, and the music director is Brent Crayon.
As previously reported, Harris will star in the event, alongside David Burnham, Brandon Victor Dixon, Chad Kimball, Levi Kreis, and Ace Young. During the concerts, these artists recreating the original performances that thrilled Broadway audiences in hits such as Wicked, Billy Elliot, Jersey Boys, Memphis, the recent revival of West Side Story, The Lion King, the recent revival of Hair, Sweeney Todd, Jesus Christ Superstar, and many others.
Davis is perhaps best known for her appearances on FOX’s American Idol and NBC’s The Voice. She has appeared in Rent on Broadway, the national tour of Ain’t Misbehavin’ and the West Coast tour of Dreamgirls.
