Theater veterans Scott Foley and Becki Newton will co-star in the Fox comedy pilot, The Goodwin Games, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Created by Carter Bays, Craig Thomas and Chris Harris, the show is about “a father who leaves his fortune to his three children — only if they agree to his terms.” The actors are portraying two of the children.

Foley appeared on Broadway in The Violet Hour and Off-Broadway in The Cherry Orchard. His previous television credits include Felicity and Grey’s Anatomy.

Newton starred in the City Center Encores! production of Girl Crazy. She is best known for her role as Amanda Taven on ABC’s Ugly Betty and appeared at Feinstein’s at Loews Regency with her former Ugly Betty co-star Michael Urie.
