The pair are currently among the executive producers of NBC's Smash, are preparing a live TV version of The Sound of Music, and are also producing the upcoming television remake of Steel Magnolias.

Broadway credits include the revivals of How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying and Promises, Promises. They also produced the film versions of the musicals Chicago and Hairspray.

In total, their work has amassed 73 Emmy nominations; 12 Tony nominations; and seven Grammy nominations.
