As previously reported, Mike Burstyn will star as Al Jolson in the show. Co-written by Burstyn and Castellino, the musical is a recreation of Al Jolson's famous Sunday concerts at the noted New York Broadway theatre, the Winter Garden. The musical received its world premiere production at the Maltz Jupiter Theatre in Jupiter, FL in February and March of 2011.

The supporting cast will feature Jacqueline Bayne, Laura Hodos and Wayne LeGette, as well as a live on stage band.

The production team will include Christopher McGovern (music director and vocal arranger), Timothy R. Macabee (scenic designer), Christopher Ash (projection designer), M. Shan Jensen (costume designer), Gerard Kelly (wig designer), and David Siegel (orchestrator).

Burstyn's Broadway credits include Barnum and Ain't Broadway Grand, and he starred in the national tours of The Tale of the Allergist's Wife and Jolson. He has received two Drama Desk nominations, for the productions On Second Avenue and The Rothschilds.
