Jamie Denbo and Andrea Savage will join the cast of Roger Kumble’s Girl Talk, playing at the Lee Strasberg Theatre, on April 14. They will replace Brooke Shields and Constance Zimmer, who will play their final performance in the show on April 10. Along with this casting news, it has been announced that the production has been extended and will now run through May 7.

Denbo and Savage’s original comedy show, Ronna & Beverly has been seen at the UCB Theater and other U.S. venues, as well as the Soho Theater in London and the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Among Denbo’s other credits are appearances on such television shows as Brothers, Children’s Hospital, and Terriers. Savage’s recent film credits include Step Brothers and Dinner for Schmucks.

The piece, which playwright Kumble has also directed, focuses on a group of status climbing mommies in Brentwood as they poach each other’s nannies, form and join elitist book clubs and deal with pre-school applications. The company also features Andrea Bendewald, Eileen Galindo and Nicole Paggi.
