Jerry Springer will host a live version of the NBC series America's Got Talent. which will run at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas starting on October 7, according to published reports. The Vegas show will run at least 10 weeks.

Springer is currently wrapping up a brief run as Billy Flynn in the musical Chicago and is scheduled to play the role in Philadelphia.

Springer previously hosted NBC's version of America's Got Talent along with his own talk show.
