Full cast and creative team information has been announced for Next Theatre Company's Chicago premiere of J.T. Rogers' The Overwhelming, to play the Noyes Cultural Arts Center, April 16-May 17, with an opening on April 20. Kimberly Senior will direct.

This drama centers around Professor Jack Exley, who uproots his family from Illinois to Rwanda on the eve of the genocide to interview a mysterious doctor about his AIDS treatment program.

The cast will star Si Osborne as Jack Exley along with Christoph Horton Abiel, John Byrnes, Rob Fagin, John Fraiser, Kenn E. Head, Mildred Marie Langford, Lily Mojeckwu, Tamberla Perry, Jamie Vann, and Dexter Zollicoffer.

The creative team will include Tom Burch (set), Charles Cooper (lighting), Whitney McBride (costumes), and Tamara Roberts (sound).
