The Broadway production of The Lion King celebrated its 20th anniversary with help from a very special guest: the show's composer, Elton John. The Oscar winner joined the entire company for a post-performance rendition of "Circle of Life," before joining original creative team members Julie Taymor, Tim Rice, Garth Fagan, Lebo M., Mark Mancina, Roger Allers, and Irene Mecchi for a special bow.

In the audience for the November 5 performance included a host of Lion King alumni, including original cast members Heather Headley and Samuel E. Wright, Disney Theatricals veterans Sierra Boggess and Ashley Brown, and upcoming Frozen stars Caissie Levy and Patti Murin.
