Sara Barker, Karin Rosnizeck Set for Factory 449 World Premiere of The Ice Child

Factory 499 is set to present the world premiere of The Ice Child by Lisa Hodsoll, Rick Hammerly, and Hunter Styles, May 10-June 3 at the Mead Theatre Lab at Flashpoint. Hunter Styles will direct.

In the play, Catherine wakes to find herself imprisoned in a coffin-size freezer chest and must quickly decide which of her captors to trust. Outside her makeshift prison, a struggle soon arises over Catherine’s treatment that will decide the fate of victims and villains alike.

The cast will include company members Sara Barker and Karin Rosnizeck as well as David Landstrom and Dexter Hamlett.

The design team will be comprised of Joey Walls (lighting design), Jesse Achtenberg (video design), Aaron Fisher (projection design), and Tom Carman (sound composition).
