Yale New Haven Children’s Hospital is on site with a specialty ambulance, offering families and children a chance to explore the vehicle and specialized equipment used when transporting children and infants.
* Children are welcome to visit Yale New Haven Children’s Hospital’s table next to the truck to enjoy a giveaway!**

Get ready! The Dirty Sock Funtime Band (DSFB) returns to the Levitt Pavilion’s Epstein Stage to celebrate the Children’s Series Finale and make it a HUGE back-to-school send-off special! Take part in this wild, musical comedy show where anything (and we mean anything) can happen and everyone is celebrated for who they are!Join the adventures of rock n’ roll best buds Mike and Stephen, their band, The Dirty Socks, and a pink-haired sidekick, as they take on kid-sized challenges with big-sized imaginations. Mainstays on Nick Jr. and PBS, the DSFB is celebrating 20 years of entertaining families across the world with live-action comedy, animated videos, puppetry and singalongs.

A new tradition established in 2021, this edition of the Children’s Series is presented by Westport’s very own “Nate & Eve Presents”, and is a celebration for and in honor of our special needs community. As always, everyone of all ages and abilities is invited to the Levitt Pavilion for singing, dancing, and fun!
The Levitt Pavilion 2025 Season features over 50 shows presented free-of-charge (free-ticket shows), including the Children’s Series on select Tuesdays and Wednesdays, plus our Stars on Tour series and Gala to fill your spring, summer and fall with music, performing arts and more. Note: Policies vary from show to show — including but not limited to seating/layout, outside food/beverage policies, and ticketing/prices; please read guidelines specific to the show you are planning to attend. Policies and schedules are subject to change.
Event-specific rules and information:
* Event is rain or shine.
* BYO-Lawn Chair.
* Lawn opens to ticket-holders one hour before show-time.
* Outside food and drink are allowed at this free event – picnics welcome!
* Please note: No large coolers, no high tables.
* No tents, no lawn signs; no staking.
* Help us protect our lawn, river and surroundings: Do not discard leftover ice on lawn. No balloons. No glitter. No sparklers. No confetti.
* Water is for sale at the Box Office
* Smoking is prohibited, including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, pipes, e-cigarettes or any other vaping devices.
* Aisles must be kept clear at all times. Restricted areas are off limits including but not limited to backstage, garden beds, and mulch-covered areas/slopes.
* Pets are not allowed.
* Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times – no roaming off the lawn. Please accompany children to the restrooms, which feature changing stations.
* The use of scooters and skateboards is prohibited throughout the premises, including but not limited to the ADA access ramp, the entry plaza, and the terrace.
* The Levitt Pavilion is an outdoor amphitheater with a sloped lawn. Please wear appropriate footwear to safely enjoy the experience.
* Free Tickets may not be claimed and sold. Selling free tickets will result in loss of account access.
* All those claiming ticket(s) are responsible for sharing these rules and directions with guests in their party.
* Patrons are asked to self-screen for any of the CDC’s recognized COVID-19 symptoms and refrain from attending if necessary.
* In the event of showers: Ponchos are best! While umbrellas are currently allowed at free-ticket events, venue reserves the right to direct patron to close umbrella if it is obscuring another patron’s view or compromising another patron’s space, safety or enjoyment.
TERMS: Claiming a ticket or being a guest at the venue is an agreement to comply with all of the venue’s discretionary rules and safety protocols which are subject to change at any time. Please read all info before claiming ticket(s) and share with guests.
