David Shiner in the Round

David Shiner in the Round is the new show by Shiner, who began working as a clown on the streets of Paris and has spent most of his time in Europe since 1981. He
has been a star performer with some of Europe’s leading circuses including Circus Roncalli and the Swiss National Circus. Shiner, who has recently been in residence at ACT through a grant from the National Theatre Artist Residency Program (and who is working on a new piece
that ACT hopes to unveil during its 2003 mainstage season), will entertain the audience with greatest hits from his past triumphs, as well as a few new tricks he’ll pull out of his baggy pants.
