About the Show
Renowned adapter and director Kelly Kitchens (Book-It’s She’s Come Undone, SPT’s 2012-13 mainstage production of The Understudy and their 2013-14 season closer, Tom Stoppard’s Arcadia) invites you on a journey through tales mysterious, hilarious, creepy, and romantic. Developed through a dynamic, self-generated workshop process, Kitchens’ ensemble have given voice to a handful of haunting cautionary tales of old like “The Snow Queen” and “Little Red Riding Hood”, transporting these stories to the classrooms and cafes of our modern lives.
