About the Show
The Keegan Theatre presents Martin McDonagh’s The Beauty Queen of Leenane, the deeply dark tale of a deceitful, disagreeable, insecure aging woman who manipulates, nags, and interferes with the life of her single, plain, lonely middle-aged daughter. Ultimately, the mother’s manipulation and the daughter’s frustration and resentment set into motion a series of alarmingly tragic events. Mark A. Rhea directs.
