Mister Roberts

Mister Roberts is a moving and evocative comic saga that ran for 1157 performances on Broadway, garnered four Tony Awards and was then made into a classic movie. The play tracks the efforts of an officer on board a cargo ship in the Pacific during WWII to get a combat assignment before the petty antics of his captain drive him insane.
