Jon Spelman: Off The Map

Celebrated storyteller Jon Spelman’s new work, Off The Map, is the story, he says, “of a man who is seduced by a job and a life in Washington and then is re-seduced – if that’s a word – by nature.” The resulting odyssey covers an impressively wide swath of terrain as the character at its center explores many aspects of his own existence. Says Spelman, “It’s about being off the map in every sense imaginable.”
