The Mauist

Bobbindoctrin Puppet Theatre presents a brand new performance piece, commissioned by Diverse Works. The Mauist is a full-length puppet play about a small native community on a fictional South Pacific island. The performance involves the trickster god, Maui, a volcano, a radical American splinter of the Protestant church, and the vast confidence that comprises Western colonialism.
