About the Show

Larry, a former member of the United States Coast Guard, recently passed away. He now stands before the Pearly Gates of Heaven, hoping that he might be considered for inclusion as a permanent resident. There he meets Saint Peter who conducts an interview to determine if Larry qualifies for entry.

Saint Peter’s line of inquiry focuses upon the good in which Larry may have engaged while a resident on earth. Had Larry during his time on the planet sought to make things

better for his fellow inhabitants?

Winner of the 2024 Shawnee regional playwright series competition in the category of full-length comedic play. This will be a world premiere production.
