The Gamm Theatre invites students in grades 9-12 for a dynamic summer Shakespeare experience. For Summer 2023, Gamm Summer Intensive is excited to present Shakespeare’s greatest comedy, Twelfth Night.
We welcome students with interest in all areas of theatre: Acting, Design, Theatre Technology, and Stage Management. Campers participate in a rigorous, 4-week rehearsal and production process with our professional theatre company, from June 26 – July 23, 2023. Daily activities include full-group morning warm ups, Master Classes led by theatre professionals in classical and contemporary acting techniques, technical theatre workshops, and rehearsals. The GSI Camp culminates in a full-scale production for the public in the Gamm Theatre space, with support from all professional departments. Performances are July 21-23, 2023.
Register today for an audition slot April 29th, 1-4pm or May 12th 2-4pm. Auditions are required for placement purposes only. We welcome students of all experience levels to join us this summer!
