Richard Sherman is home alone while his wife of seven years is vacationing with their son. He has only his books and his imagination for company until a tumbling flowerpot changes all. When the voluptuous upstairs neighbor rushes to his rescue, she unwittingly fans the flames of his over-active imagination. Morality and guilt sneak into his conscience and a soul-struggle of heroic proportions begins. Best known for its film adaptation by Billy Wilder starring Marilyn Monroe, The Seven Year Itch takes laughter therapy to a new level.
