When Shelita Burns publishes Bee-Luther Hatchee, she expects the memoir of 72 year-old African American Libby Price to give direction to her own life and career. When she finally meets the reclusive author, however, she learns a great secret that throws Shelita’s perception of herself and their shared history into utter disarray.
