Address Unknown is a landmark of literature and history. It began as a novel by Katherine Kressman Taylor published in 1938. Frank Dunlop adapted it into a play in 2001. Set between 1932 and 1934 in San Francisco and Munich Germany, it tells the story of two German expatriates who left Germany in 1918 just after the end of the First World War.
