Return to Forever

All-Star Musical luminaries Chick Corea (keyboards), Stanley Clarke (bass), Lenny White (drums), Frank Gambale (guitar), and Mahavishnu Orchestra’s Jean-Luc Ponty (violin) would each be worth the price of a ticket as solo artists. But combine their considerable talents into the jazz-rock fusion group Return to Forever IV, and their musical alchemy creates a rare treat and a priceless concert to remember. The Corea-founded Return to Forever, which has experienced a few member incarnations over the years, has performed off and on since 1972, and has released over a dozen albums. They will be joined by the Grammy-winning guitarist Dweezil Zappa (son of the late rocker Frank Zappa) and his band, who will perform a musical tribute to his father in "Zappa Plays Zappa."
