Owen, a regular on the Tom Joyner Morning Show, owns the role "Zach the barber" on Tyler Perry’s "House of Payne," and was featured in films starring Eddie Murphy and The Wayans Brothers. Blackson appeared on "Next Friday" and "Martin Lawrence’s 1st Amendment," while Capone is recognizable as host of "Showtime at the Apollo." The Comedy Festival will be hosted by Red Grant.
