The Mark Kyrkostas Remember Me With Music Music & Dance Concert

On Sunday, March 9, at 5 pm in the Choral Room 264, at the Aaron Copland School of Music at Queens College the 17th annual music and dance birthday celebration, for composer Mark Kyrkostas will feature pianist Ivy Adrian performing his classical works as well as works by Bach, Chopin and Liszt.

In keeping with our mission to acquaint and entertain the public with cross-cultural traditions, the program includes dance performances by the Irish Tir Ni Gael of Douglaston and the Greek American Folklore Society of Astoria. Included in the program will be the sounds of Armenian music by John Vartan on Oud and Bob Davidian on Dumbek.
