About This Show

The Red Stick Ramblers, a young Lafayette, LA five-piece, are Sugar Hill’s newest signing. Their genre-blending approach to new and traditional music has made them a festival and college favorite- especially on the dance floor, where they invariably induce universal toe-tapping. In addition to making fine music all over the globe, the Ramblers are also active at home in Southwest LA, keeping musical traditions alive, creating a cast-iron cookoff/music festival (Black Pot Festival) that’s in its second year, and helping reinvigorate their local Courir de Mardi Gras.
